As part of the Investment, the consortium of NDI Energy and NDI S.A. repaired sections of deposit fluid pipelines from the near-wellbore zone Buszewo 4, 11, 13, Barnówko 4 – Buszewo Group Facility.

The scope of the investment project covered:

Constant monitoring of explosive and toxic gases,

Determination of corrosion locations,

Cutting the pipeline in places of corrosion,

Welding of new pipeline sections with guaranteed joints,

Execution of insulation.

As part of the investment project “Construction of a high-pressure gas pipeline DN400 MOP 8.4 MPa, Psary – Cholewkarska branching”, NDI Energy carried out a number of works on a section of approximately 2 km, including:

construction of a new gas pipeline in unstable terrain,

conducting pressure tests,

HDD drilling under the Widawa River, 321.5 meters long,

connection to the pressure reducing station,

carrying out airtight works related to integration into the existing gas infrastructure,

making protective laminate insulation.

The newly built gas infrastructure ensured the possibility of transmission to the planned industrial zone.

During the laying, assembly and drilling works, the greatest challenge was the field conditions, which, due to the proximity of the Widawa River, did not ensure the required soil cohesion.

Thanks to the use of, among others, sheet pile walls and proper coordination of works, the construction was completed within the time required under the contract.
