As part of the Investment, NDI Energy carried out the construction of complete process infrastructure for the extraction, pretreatment and transmission of natural gas.

The investment task was carried out in the “Design and Build” formula, including the design of the facility, obtaining necessary decisions and comprehensive implementation of the process system, transmission pipelines and integration of the system into the existing infrastructure.

The investment task was divided into several stages, including:

Modernization works of the existing near-wellbore zone at Brońsko – 7 as part of the standstill of the KGZ Kościan – Brońsko natural gas mine,

Construction of the process system as part of the Brońsko – 30 wellbore (pressure reduction, solid particle separation, hydrate inhibitor dosing, devices protecting against excessive pressure increase) along with the construction of a manoeuvring yard and a fence,

Construction of a DN100 PC130 fibre glass composite gas pipeline, hydrate inhibitor tubing pipeline 1/2″x0.049″ ( ∅ 12.7×1.24) with optical fibre and a power line between the planned wellbore and the existing near-wellbore zone, with a length of approx. 1200 mb,

Connection of the designed system into existing natural gas collectors using hermetic technology.
