As part of the Investment, NDI Energy constructed complete technological infrastructure for the extraction, pre-treatment and transmission of natural gas.

The investment task was carried out in the “Design and Build” formula, including the design of the facility and obtaining all necessary decisions, as well as comprehensive implementation of the process system, transmission pipelines and integration of the system into the existing infrastructure.

The scope of works was divided into several stages:

Modernization works of the existing near-wellbore zones Brońsko – 11 and Brońsko – 9 as part of the shutdown of the KGZ Kościan – Brońsko natural gas mine,

Construction of the process system as part of the Brońsko – 31h and Brońsko – 32 wellbores (pressure reduction, solid particle separation, hydrate inhibitor dosing, devices protecting against excessive pressure increase) along with the construction of a manoeuvring yard and a fence,

Construction of a DN100 fibre glass composite gas pipeline PC130, hydrate inhibitor tubing pipeline 1/2″x0.049″ ( ∅ 12.7×1.24) with optical fibre and a power line between the planned wells and the existing near-wellbore zones, with a length of approx. 80 meters and 1200 mb, respectively,

HDD drilling with a DN250 pipe approximately 90 meters long,

Connection of the designed system into existing natural gas collectors using hermetic technology.

The implementation of the investment increased energy security in Poland.
