National Road 91 is an alternative for drivers who do not want to drive on the A1 motorway. The modernized 5-kilometre section runs through the localities of Winowo, Zabijak and Brudzowice in the Śląskie Voivodeship. Its alteration is intended to improve the safety and driving conditions of drivers. The NDI Group, in cooperation with SP Sine Midas Stroy, is responsible for the implementation of the project.

The project will also include the alteration of intersections with transverse roads, renovation of roadsides and surfaces in the engineering structure, construction of sidewalks, ditches and storm sewage systems. Road safety devices, environmental protection elements and the construction of process channels and road lighting at the intersections at the exits to the localities of Winowno and Zabijak will also be implemented.
