The project assumed the preparation of the necessary design documentation for the task performed in the “design and build” system and the execution of construction works to achieve track parameters allowing for train traffic at a speed of 100 km/h on the Tłuszcz – Wyszków section and at a speed of 120 km/h on the Wyszków – Ostrołęka section.

The construction works included: alteration of a 6 km long track, renovation of crossings, renovation of engineering facilities, reconstruction of the Jarzębia Łąka passenger stop and installation of B class SSP equipment on four crossings to increase safety.
