The works under the basic scope included:

construction of new Passenger Service Facilities at passenger stops: passenger stop Jelenino (platform no. 2)
passenger stop Czarne Małe (platform no. 2)
passenger stop Żelisławie Pomorskie (platform no. 2)
passenger stop Suliszewo Drawskie (platform no. 2)
passenger stop Wiewiecko (platform no. 2)

replacement of the track pavement of railway line No. 210 on track No. 1 on the section from km 99.000 to km 113.145 (track section between Czaplinek and Złocieniec) along with strengthening of the trackbed. This results in the revitalization of 14.145 km of track.

Optional works include replacing the track surface of railway line No. 210 on track No. 1 on the section from km 131.196 to km 139.107 (the section of the track between the Jankowo Pomorskie station and the passenger stop in Wiewiecko) along with strengthening the trackbed. This results in the revitalization of 7.911 km of track.

The aim of the project was to improve driving comfort and increase the speed on the Czaplinek – Złocieniec route along track No. 1 to a speed of v = 120 km/h, which shortened the travel time of passengers and also improved the comfort and safety of passenger service.
