A multifunctional facility located in the vicinity of the Sheraton Sopot Hotel, comprising a modern conference centre with facilities and a Ballroom, the State Art Gallery, the Pump Room of Saline Waters, a Spa with a swimming pool, restaurants and 11 other service premises.

There is an underground car park for approximately 100 cars. The development was carried out as part of the ”Sopot Centre” project.
