The project includes two investment tasks at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków. The first of them is the remodelling of the academic canteen building (building S-1), which will gain new functions once the works are completed. It will house conference rooms, laboratories, offices and server rooms. The new facility will also be adapted to the needs of people with disabilities.

The investment will also include demolition works, earthworks, geotechnical works, reinforced concrete works and assembly of a steel structure. Works related to sanitary and electrical systems and landscaping are also planned. The newly designed building will be 22.50 m high, have an area of over 6,400 m² and a volume of over 24,000 m³.

The second task is the renovation of the roof of the University’s swimming pool. The project will involve renovation works on the roof, including the dismantling of the old roofing and the installation of a new one, as well as the replacement of the formwork and insulation layers. A photovoltaic installation consisting of 155 panels with an automatic snow-cleaning system will be installed, which will enable the use of green energy and bring additional savings. The altered roof will also be adapted to fire safety regulations.
