The project includes the design and alteration of two post-industrial buildings into social facilities.

On the site of a bakery that has been unused for years, a modern low-energy building will be built, adapted to the needs of people with disabilities. The facility will function as a centre for the integration of residents, and will include sports and recreational facilities, catering areas, office and technical space.

A former shopping pavilion from the 1970s will also be modernized. After alteration, the building will gain a new facade and an interesting architectural form. Among other things, it will house a library, rooms of the Municipal Social Welfare Centre, a wedding hall and social and sanitary facilities.

The works include the execution of sanitary and electrical systems, landscaping, including green areas, soft landscaping and road works.

The general contractor of the project is NDI Energy. The cost of the project is approximately PLN 11 million and its implementation will take 14 months.
