The project of building a modern Educational and Examination Centre on the premises of the Medical University of Białystok includes the construction of a new facility consisting of three floors – two above ground and one underground, intended for garages and warehouses. The Centre will house, among others, lecture, examination and conference rooms. The ground floor will house a teaching and conference space that can accommodate approximately 2,000 people, with the possibility of transforming it into four rooms for 80 people each or three rooms for 300 people each thanks to modular construction.

The first floor is intended for the purpose of conducting OSCE (Objective Structured Clinical Examination) examinations, with a minimum of six rooms, equipped with rooms separated by a one-way mirror, in which the clinical skills of students will be assessed. On the same floor, there will be seminar and lecture rooms as well as space for the UMB Centre of Teaching Excellence, which will accommodate approximately 40 people.

The facility will cover over 10,000 m² of usable area and its volume will be over 33,000 m³. The implementation of the project, including the development of design documentation and obtaining the necessary construction and use permits, will take 18 months. The general contractor of the investment project will be NDI S.A. Central Region.
