The new investment project for PGZ Military Shipyard in Gdynia will include the construction of a warehouse with an area of over 3,300 m², storage yards and internal roads. The NDI Group, as the General Contractor, will also be responsible for land development, construction and alteration of technical infrastructure, as well as modernization of the existing road system and accompanying infrastructure. The total area of the implemented project is 31,000 m².

The project is a continuation of the cooperation between the NDI Group and PGZ Military Shipyard, following previous projects such as the Production Hall and the Hull Hall, which is one of the largest facilities of this type in Europe. The investment will contribute to the development of the modern facilities of the PGZ Military Shipyard and will support further development and innovation of the area.

The total value of the contract is over PLN 70 million net, and the time for its implementation is 12 months.
