NDI will build the stages II and IV of Moderna estate for Dom Development

On 17 June Dom Development and NDI SA signed the agreement on the construction of the stages II and IV of Moderna estate in Targówek.

383 apartment will be created under the agreement. The construction works commenced on June 18, and the end of stage II under the agreement is planned for September 2017. NDI is also a general contractor of the first stage of the project which will involve the construction of three buildings with 167 apartments.

Moderna estate is being built in the rapidly developing district of Targówek – at the intersection of Malbork and Głębocka streets. In total, the estate will accommodate approx. 750 apartments. The name of the investment refers to its characteristic, modern aesthetics.
