Tre Mare Residence is a development project, the investor and general contractor of which are exclusively the companies of NDI Group. A unique offer of luxury apartments with sea views has been prepared in the framework of the project.
The investment is located on the border of Sopot and Gdańsk, just 200 meters from the beach in Jelitkowo. The investment consists of three boutique 4-storey buildings housing 65 apartments with the floor area ranging from 37 m2 to 240 m2. The top floors will accommodate two-storey, spacious penthouses with the floor area ranging from 215 to 235 m2, with an open mezzanine that will make the living rooms up to 6 meters high.
