Symbolic topping outs have been hung on Merwede Residence and on Jagiellońska 13 in Gdańsk

An important milestone in the construction of two coastal investments in Gdańsk. Symbolic topping outs have been hung on both the Merwede Residence, which is being built on the first shoreline, and on Jagiellońska 13, located next to Reagan Park. Both projects have reached the shell.

The coastal investments are owned by NDI Development. The luxurious Merwede Residence is being built 10 metres from the beach and right next to Park Brzeźnieński in Gdańsk. It is characterised by the sublime architectural craftsmanship with which it was designed. The stylish and comfortable Jagiellońska 13 is surrounded by one of the most beautiful seaside parks i.e., Ronald Reagan Park. It is located 900 metres from the seaside in Gdańsk Przymorze. It is close to the courts, gym, swimming pool, shopping centre as well as the most business part of the city. Both projects are being carried out to a high standard. They are carried out by NDI SA, which, like NDI Development, is part of the Sopot-based NDI Group.

“The topping out ceremony at the Merwede Residence and Jagiellońska 13 means that the works are entering the home straight. Luxury Merwede Residence

So far, the building structure has been completed on the Merwede Residence site. The internal installations and the plastering are currently being carried out. Work on installing the window joinery is underway. Plans for the near future include work on the insulation, roof, and floors. The construction of the façade and external railings will be a challenge due to the variety of details and the use of different materials. There will be 74 luxury apartments in the Merwede Residence. Its architectural style will refer to the villas of Gdańsk Brzeźno.

“There are no longer any such investments on the real estate market in the Tricity. It is located in the first coastline. Its residents will be able to admire a panoramic view of the Bay of Gdańsk from the terraces. The offer will be complemented by convenient on-site services, such as a reception desk and technical department, as well as an operator who will help with short-term rentals on request,” said Jarosław Bator, President of NDI Development. “Having an apartment in such a place is a good investment for all times, a product for a premium customer.”

Stylish and comfortable Jagiellońska 13

Significant investments in the development market also include Jagiellońska 13, where work is also well advanced. 100 per cent of the shell work has already been completed. The installation of window joinery, bricklaying, plastering, filling, and flooring works are currently underway. The installations are about 40 per cent complete and finishing works 25 per cent. The most important tasks still ahead of the contractor are the installation work completion and the fire systems commissioning.

“We will soon see the final result of the work. Jagiellońska 13 is a unique investment. It is characterised by its attractive location, unique sea views from the loggias of the highest apartments and communal areas designed to foster good neighbourly relations among future residents. There will be a conference room, a club room, a game room, a coffee corner, a coworking area, a reception desk, and a green internal courtyard,” said Bartłomiej Oset, Vice President of NDI Development.

Jagiellońska 13 will be a 13-storey building with 160 apartments and seven commercial units. There will be at least one parking space for each of them.
