Stake on ŻOLI ŻOLI

On 23 August, a traditional stake was placed on the roof of the investment Żoli Żoli. It is a symbolic sign, rooted in the construction tradition, signifying the completion of the building shell. Żoli Żoli is a modern investment, located at Rydygiera 6 in Żoliborz district in Warsaw. The investor is Okam, and the general contractor is NDI SA.

“Żoli Żoli has entered the last stage of construction: the completion of the shell marks the start of finishing works. The investment involves two comfortable buildings with a total of 234 apartments, ranging in size from 27 to 113 square meters. The height of all the apartments in building A will be almost 3 meters, and in building B 2.7 meters. In the ground floor, there will be commercial premises with shops and service points necessary for the inhabitants. The investment is very popular among customers, mainly due to its location. As at 23 August, already 220 have been sold.

The construction works are carried out according to the schedule. The end of investment is planned for the beginning of the 2nd quarter of 2019.
