Inspiring Examples Foundation – a visit of high-school students at NDI

On 31 October, as part of cooperation with the Inspiring Examples Foundation, we had the pleasure to host high-school students from a school in Lębork in our headquarters. The mission of the Foundation is to show young people, entering adulthood and professional life, opportunities on today’s labour market.

While cooperation with Pomeranian high-schools and enterprises, the Foundation regularly invites young people to companies, where they can become familiar with the work of individual companies and meet different professional groups. All this with the hope that those visits will help young people in choosing their further road.

In NDI, we decided to showcase our work based on two example projects: The Centre of Sopot and Shakespeare Theatre. First, we took the students for a short walk to the Centre of Sopot, show how large investment projects become reality. During the second part of the meeting, architect Krzysztof Granatowicz gave a presentation on the Shakespeare Theatre and the challenges associated with the implementation of this complex project.

It was the first meeting with young people within the cooperation with the Foundation, but not the last. We intend to give similar workshops in the future. .
