The Moderna Estate was built in Warsaw’s Targówek district – at the junction of Malborska and Głębocka streets.

A total of approximately 750 flats have been built on the estate. The name of the investment alludes to its characteristic modern aesthetics.

The estate consists of 4, 5 and 12-storey multi-family buildings constructed in four stages.
