The luxurious Merwede Residence is being constructed 10 metres from the beach and right next to Brzeźno Park in Gdańsk. It is characterised by the sublime architectural craftsmanship with which it has been designed.

A considerable challenge will be the realisation of the façade, including the external balustrades – due to the variety of details and the use of different materials.

The Merwede residence will consist of 74 luxury flats. Its architectural style will be reminiscent of the villa developments of Gdańsk Brzeźno.
