Jagiellońska 13 is one of NDI Group’s latest development projects.

The project included the construction of 160 residential flats and 7 commercial units. There are also made for communal spaces such as a reception area, a conference and club room, a playroom, a ‘coffee corner’ and a green interior patio.

The building has 15 floors, including two underground and 13 above ground. The total floor area is 23,000 square metres.
