The entire project consists of three buildings in one development, offering a total area of 18463 m², including an underground area of 1642 m², and a volume of 58,897 m³.

The hotel is designed as a complex space with a floor area of 14295.6 m², of which more than 7,500 m² is dedicated to hotel rooms and the remaining space to various associated functions such as lobbies, conference rooms, fitness, spa, restaurants, kitchens, and social and storage facilities. The entire development also includes communication and technical space.

The investment plans to provide 250 hotel rooms, ensuring a high standard and variety of services for guests. Thanks to this investment, not only will the accommodation base increase, but also the service offer for clients, contributing to the development of tourism in the region.

The agreement for the construction of the open shell was signed in October 2023 and according to the agreement, the works are scheduled to be completed in November 2024.
