The project consisted of two modern office buildings with a total area of approximately 10,725 m2 – Marina 2 and 10,974 m2 – Marina 3.

Number of storeys: basement (car park), 3 usable storeys and roof with technical superstructures.

Both buildings have a car park on the underground floor for a total of 155 cars and 70 bicycles.
