“Support to Start” Scholarship Program

Support to Start is our flagship program that aims to support development and facilitate the start of professional life for young people who want to develop in the field of construction.

Full-time and part-time second-cycle students of civil engineering at the Gdańsk University of Technology can apply for a scholarship funded under the programme.

The programme includes

Scholarships

We care about building intellectual capital, which is why as part of the “Support to Start” programme, we will fund scholarships for selected students.

Paid internships

We offer students paid internships, during which everyone will be able to gain experience and practical knowledge in the field of construction.

Construction site visits

As part of our cooperation with the Gdańsk University of Technology, we organize for students visits to our investment projects, combined with the transfer of practical knowledge.

Supporting the activities of scientific clubs

We are happy to undertake joint scientific research and provide specialist consultations.

We regularly organize meetings with our practitioners/specialists for students on projects being implemented and technologies used in modern construction.

Knowledge-based support

We assist students in obtaining materials for their master’s theses under the supervision of a designated employee/supervisor from NDI.

What does the recruitment process look like?

To participate in the scholarship campaign, simply send your CV with a cover letter and your certificates, diplomas, and grade record books related to your studies and scientific achievements by October 31, 2023.
