Our path to dreams come true
Our story began in 1991 with a small group of people who dreamed of implementing large investment projects in a Poland that just started developing.
This is how Nederpol Development & Investment, the forerunner of today’s NDI Group, was established. Its originator, founder, and driving force was Jerzy Gajewski.
Over the next three decades, we developed and consistently built our position, constantly looking for new and promising directions of development.

Today, in the fourth decade of its operation, the NDI Group employs over 600 people across Poland and operates in virtually all areas of construction. We are constantly strengthening our brand as a reliable and trustworthy partner – and this among clients, consortium members and subcontractors. We have become recognizable as a versatile General Contractor, and at the same time we have returned to our roots and are strongly committed to the implementation of our own development projects.
Regardless of the nature of their individual businesses, NDI Group companies share common values and goals.
We are a modern, socially engaged organization, firmly rooted in our native Tricity but operating throughout Poland. We are actively working for the communities in which we operate, supporting many initiatives in the areas of culture, science and sports.
Our portfolio
We are proud that NDI Group’s projects are part of many significant investments on a national scale. There have been many of them over the last thirty years and they have often constituted milestones in our development.
The northern section of the A1 motorway and the revitalization of the downtown of Sopot are already historic – but in their time quite pioneering – projects implemented in the public-private partnership formula. We have built Sheraton hotels, facilities as recognizable as the Gdańsk Shakespeare Theatre or Rotunda in Warsaw. And finally, huge infrastructural challenges, such as the Vistula Spit canal or the container terminal for DCT in the Port of Gdańsk.
We believe that the change is part of our job and we are constantly ready for new challenges.
