The sale of houses on the “Kapriola Estate” in Warsaw was completed.

NDI Development sp. z o.o. has completed the sale of detached houses in the Kapriola Estate. The investment is located in Warsaw Wilanow near “Natolinski Park” and “Miasteczko Wilanów”. The estate consists of 50 houses built in two stages in 2011 – 2016. Homes are equipped with a range of energy-saving solutions, including the recuperation system and heat pumps. Homes have been  which is an independent confirmation of the achieved level of energy savings.

Build houses with 1 or 2 parking garages have a spacious living room with fireplace, combined with a kitchen and dining room, three / four bedrooms upstairs and attic, which can be arranged in any way. Most of the houses also have a spacious terrace on the roof. The average area of the houses is 190 m2. The entire estate was completed with a comprehensive development of the area – roads, greenery and a common square with a bower and playground for children.
