The NDI Group is going to build the Plastics Recycling Plant in Krakow. The contract has been signed.
The construction of the Plastics Recycling Plant is a part of the Municipal Waste Recycling Centre being erected in Krakow. The investment will be implemented in the “design and build” system. The NDI Group will construct, among other things, the building of the municipal waste storage hall, the building of the Plastics Recycling Plant and the social facilities building of the Municipal Waste Recycling Centre (CROK) in Krakow.
The scope of work includes development of an architectural and construction design, obtaining a building permit, development of technical and working designs, and above all, the implementation of this order. The scope of works will include earth works and reinforced concrete works, construction of a steel roof structure with its covering, external facades, assembly of aluminium joinery, finishing works in a social and office building, external and internal installations, and road infrastructure. For the proper functioning of the facilities, the necessary technical infrastructure will also be created, i.e., water, fire, electrical and rain installations as well as the construction of internal roads and manoeuvring areas. The gross covered area is 19,050.00 m2, of which 19,330.00 m2 is the usable area, the volume is 280,710.00 m3
The plot is owned by Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Oczyszczania in Krakow, which is also a construction investor. The time for the implementation of the Investment is 18 months from the signing of the contract, and for design works along with obtaining a building permit – 5 months.
The gross value of the project is PLN 99 999 999,98.
