The building at Jagiellońska 13 is growing!

15 floors, including two underground and 13 above ground, and a total area of 23,000 square metres – these are the figures for the NDI Development’s building at 13 Jagiellońska Street in Gdańsk Przymorze constructed by NDI Development S.A. Importantly, 90% of the building shell has already been completed!

Jagiellońska 13 is one of the latest investments of NDI Development, a member of the NDI Group. The project includes the construction of 160 apartments and 7 commercial premises. It also includes common areas such as a reception, conference and club room, games room, coffee corner, and a green courtyard.

The company responsible for carrying out this task is NDI S.A., which is also part of the NDI Group:

“This kind of cooperation within one group guarantees mutual understanding of each other’s needs. This makes everyone’s job a lot easier. As a result, the customer gets a premium product,” says Piotr Wojtiuk, site manager from the NDI Group.

According to the engineers involved in the construction, work is progressing well. So far, 90% of the shell has been completed. The building already has two underground and 10
above-ground floors. Two residential floors and the superstructure of the technical part remain to be completed.

“The most important tasks ahead of us are the completion of the installation works and the activation of the fire protection systems, as well as the finishing works and the development of the land,” says Piotr Konopka, site manager from the NDI Group.

About 30-40% of the installation works and 20% of the finishing works have been completed.

The end of the works is planned for the first quarter of 2024.
