New cubature contract of NDI ENERGY

NDI Energy will be responsible for the design and redevelopment of post-industrial buildings for social purposes in the municipality of Bytoń. The scope of the investment includes demolition works of the former bakery and part of the commercial pavilion building.

The building of the former bakery has been out of use for many years, in its place there will be erected a completely new building, adapted to the needs of people with disabilities, fully functional and comfortable for all users. The building will be designed and constructed to a low-energy standard. The building will serve as an integration centre for residents, and will include a sports area with a fitness room, sanitary facilities, a recreation area, kitchen and catering facilities, a technical area with a heat pump, a bowling technical room and office space.

The former 1970s commercial pavilion building will be extensively modernised. The building, due to its size and dominant form in the public space of the village and its location on the main road, will be arranged in an interesting architectural form, including the original façade of the building. The renovated building will serve as a social and cultural centre in Byton. It will house, among others, the Community Library, the Community Welfare Centre area, the wedding hall area or the social and sanitary facilities for the Community Welfare Centre.

NDI ENERGY will carry out all the necessary sanitary and electrical installations, the development of the existing greenery and the surroundings, including the execution of road works, the connection to the existing traffic system and the installation of small architecture.

The project and the construction works that will cost approximately PLN 11 million will take 14 months to be completed.
