KIO rejects the appeal concerning the selection of NDI’s tender

Today the National Appeal Chamber (KIO) in Warsaw, having considered the appeal filed by one of the companies participating in the tender for the expansion of Terminal T2 of Gdańsk Airport, dismissed the appeal and upheld Lech Walesa Airport’s decision on the selection of NDI’s tender as the most advantageous.
