Kazimierz Ostrowski Award presented

On September 25, 2016 at the Gdańsk Shakespeare Theater the 2015 Kazimierz Ostrowski Award ceremony took place. Kazimierz Ostrowski Awards are presented for outstanding achievements in the field of painting. The competition was organized by the Gdańsk division of the Association of Polish Artists and Designers.

For many years, NDI SA has supported this valuable initiative as the exclusive award business partner. During the 15th Jubilee Edition, a Kazimierz Ostrowski Award was presented to Lech Majewski—director, painter, poet, writer, eminent Polish filmmaker, member of the Guild of American Directors and the European Film Academy.

An exhibition of the winner’s works can be viewed at the Gdańsk Shakespeare Theater from Monday to Sunday at 2-7 p.m. until 10/16/2016.
