Change of the name of NDI Spółka Akcyjna
To Whom It May Concern,
Acting on behalf of NDI SOPOT Spółka Akcyjna (formerly NDI Spółka Akcyjna) with headquarters in Sopot, I hereby inform you that on December 6, 2019, in the Gdańsk-Północ District Court in Gdańsk, 8th Commercial Department of the National Court Register, a change in the name of NDI Spółka Akcyjna was registered.
The new name of the company is: NDI SOPOT Spółka Akcyjna
At the same time, I would like to inform you that the change of the company name does not affect relations with partners, clients and contractors because only the company name has changed, while the remaining company data, i.e. NIP, REGON, KRS, bank account number, registered office address and telephone numbers, and e-mail addresses remain unchanged.
In connection with the above, from December 6, 2019, we kindly ask you to issue invoices and bills and direct all correspondence to NDI SOPOT Spółka Akcyjna.
