NDI will build the River Park in Poznan

IMMOFINANZ Group has selected the consortium of NDI SA (General Contractor) and PBO SKOBUD to build the Riverpark housing estate in Poznan. The project envisages 189 flats totalling 11 852m2 in area. Its completion is scheduled for the first half of 2015. The investment is estimated at EUR 18 million.

The Riverpark estate complex is located south of the city centre, almost on the Warta River, in one of the most charming parts of the city, at the convergence of Droga Dębińska and Bielniki Streets. The location ensures perfect access to the local infrastructure – public transport, schools, and parks, plus direct contact with the surrounding green and the river. The estate is made up of two five-storey buildings and three urban villas, three storey high each. Each building will be fitted with an underground garage capable of accommodating 198 cars. Each apartment will have a balcony, terrace, or private garden.
