NDI Group investment in Gdańsk

On April 6, demolition of the old bread factory in Gdańsk has started. A new NDI Group investment will be constructed there.

The design of a residential and service complex is currently at the concept stage. NDI Development and NDI SA along with the design office are analysing various possible solutions for the new building when it comes to, among others, its construction, composition of apartments and communication.

Among others, the possibility of using elements from the old bread factory building is considered. For this reason, a detailed historical study of the area and building has been prepared. Elements potentially possible to be saved after the demolition involve primarily original lamp suspensions, staircase or bricks manufactured at the beginning of the twentieth century.
