Filing an application—multi-level parking lot in Gdańsk

On 12/19/2016, NDI Group, represented by the company NDI Projekt 102 Sp. z o.o., applied for admission to participate in a procedure concerning the conclusion of a public-private partnership agreement for the purpose of implementing the project “Zaprojektowanie, sfinansowanie, wybudowanie, i eksploatacja ogólnodostępnych Parkingów Kubaturowych w Gdańsku [Designing, financing, constructing, and operating public multi-level parking lots in Gdańsk, Poland],” as a result of which on 1/10/2017 NDI Projekt 102 sp. z o.o. was asked by the City of Gdańsk to participate in the negotiations.

As part of the project, it is planned to build five multi-level parking lots within the Main Town of Gdańsk with more than 1,500 parking spaces for passenger cars. Four underground structures are planned, including one in Targ Węglowy (Coal Market Square), along Podwale Przedmiejskie, along Podwale Staromiejskie, and in Targ Rybny (Fish Market Square); on the other hand, by Długie Ogrody, a multi-level ground-based structure is to be built. According to the schedule of negotiations adopted by the City of Gdańsk, the date of concluding the PPP agreement is planned for November 2017.
